1. Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder o utilizar la plataforma Datioo (el "Servicio"), operada por Barbara Goretty Consulting OU, usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, no debe utilizar el Servicio.
2. Definiciones
"Datioo" o "el Servicio" se refiere a la plataforma de gestión de facturas. "Usuario" se refiere a la persona o entidad que utiliza el Servicio. "Contenido" se refiere a los datos, documentos y facturas que el Usuario carga o genera mediante el Servicio.
3. Uso del Servicio
El Usuario se compromete a utilizar el Servicio conforme a la ley aplicable y a estos términos. Queda prohibido el uso del Servicio para fines ilícitos, fraudulentos o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
4. Cuentas y registro
El acceso a ciertas funciones requiere la creación de una cuenta. El Usuario es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales y de toda actividad realizada bajo su cuenta.
5. Facturación y pagos
Las condiciones comerciales, planes y precios aplicables se comunican por separado. Los importes, impuestos y periodos de facturación se regirán por el plan contratado.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio, su software, marcas y contenidos asociados son propiedad de Datioo o de sus licenciantes. El Usuario conserva la titularidad sobre el Contenido que carga, otorgando a Datioo una licencia limitada para procesarlo y prestar el Servicio.
7. Privacidad y protección de datos
El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que forma parte integrante de estos Términos.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
El Servicio se presta "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, Datioo no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Servicio.
9. Suspensión y terminación
Datioo podrá suspender o terminar el acceso al Servicio en caso de incumplimiento de estos términos. El Usuario podrá cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento conforme al procedimiento aplicable.
10. Modificaciones
Datioo podrá actualizar estos Términos. Los cambios sustanciales se reflejarán mediante una nueva versión del presente documento.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación aplicable según la jurisdicción de prestación del Servicio, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor.

By accessing or using the Datioo platform (the "Service"), operated by Barbara Goretty Consulting OU, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
"Datioo" or "the Service" refers to the invoice-management platform. "User" refers to the person or entity using the Service. "Content" refers to the data, documents and invoices a User uploads to or generates through the Service.
3. Use of the Service
The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing purposes is prohibited.
4. Accounts and registration
Access to certain features requires creating an account. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
5. Billing and payments
Applicable commercial terms, plans and pricing are communicated separately. Amounts, taxes and billing periods are governed by the contracted plan.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, trademarks and associated content are owned by Datioo or its licensors. The User retains ownership of the Content they upload, granting Datioo a limited license to process it and provide the Service.
7. Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Datioo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
Datioo may suspend or terminate access to the Service upon breach of these terms. The User may cancel their account at any time following the applicable procedure.
10. Changes
Datioo may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected through a new version of this document.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Service is provided, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
